Any item may be returned as long as you have contacted us for an RMA number and the item is clearly in the condition it was received.
All items must be returned in original packaging / shipping containers.
If the return is due to our mistake we will be responsible for shipping fees.
If the return is due to customer error, the customer will be responsible for return shipping as well as a 25% restocking fee.
Please notify us immediately of any item damaged during shipping.Returns will not be accepted after 15 days of purchase.Refunds will be issued within 72 hrs of return receipt and verification of product condition.We reserve the right to have any items inspect by a third party.
